We do not have a permanent retail space at the moment, but we are stocked in some retail outlets and will from time to time exhibit at fairs, events, and pop-up spaces. If you would like to be informed about one of our events, please sign-up to our mailing list.
All UK orders over £60 are shipped for free (standard delivery times apply).
We are currently only accepting orders through the web site for delivery to addresses in Europe. For deliveries to countries outside Europe please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavor to assist you.

You will be pleased to hear that there is no such thing as the “10-step Korean skincare regime” – East Asian women share a skincare philosophy centered around TLC, high-quality tailored products and layering, but there is no obligation to follow a daily regimented skincare process. Korean products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date – however many brands and products are labeled with the expiry date instead. As such, we recommend always checking the product labelling before use.
Products typically have a shelf-life of two to three years (depending on each individual product and brand).
The Silk Rose works directly with our partner brands. We do not resell products from any unverified 3rd party sources. We believe this is critical in order for us to provide our customers with authentic, recently manufactured products.
